Contact

One address, and a person on the other end.

Whether you want to see the application against a pallet you build, ask what it costs, or put it through your own security review, it all starts at the same place.

Email

hello@palletauthority.com

We answer during standard US business hours — Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern, excluding US federal holidays.

See it on one of your own pallets

Send us a pallet you actually build — size, construction, what it carries and how it is handled — and we will show you what the application makes of it.

Security review

Questions from your own review process, including anything the security page does not answer. We would rather tell you what we cannot answer yet than write around it.

Support for customers

Already using Pallet Authority and something is wrong, or a number is not what you expected? Tell us the design and what you were expecting, and we will look at it.

What to put in the first email

None of it is required — write a line and we will reply. But if you want a useful answer straight away rather than a round of questions, this is what we would end up asking for:

  • The pallet: overall size, stringer or block, and the lumber you use
  • What it carries, and how the load sits on it
  • How it is handled and stored — forks, racking, stacking
  • What you are trying to decide

Why there is no contact form

Because our privacy policy is not published yet. A form would collect your details before we had told you what happens to them, so this site collects nothing at all — no form, no tracking, no newsletter sign-up. An email leaves you holding your own information until you decide to send it.

The policy is being prepared with our lawyers. What we do publish about keeping customer work separate and private is on the security page.

Not sure what to ask yet?

Read what the application does, then send us the pallet that made you look.
