Describe the pallet
Stringer or block. Overall size, deck boards, stringers or blocks and runners, fasteners, lumber species, treatment and any marking. Work in inches or millimetres.

See what it does
The 3D view redraws as you type, with dimensions, component labels and an exploded view. Every load figure and quantity updates with it, so a change in board thickness shows up immediately.

Send the report
Export a PDF design report carrying your own logo, with drawings, the specification, the figures and the assumptions behind them. Export a PNG when a picture is all that is needed.
Load and stiffness
Capacity, by support condition.
A pallet does not have one capacity. It has a capacity for each way it is supported, and the lowest one is what the customer will find out about. The application works them out together and shows which condition governs.
- Safe Maximum Load
- The figure the design is rated at, across the supported conditions.
- Floor and static capacity
- The pallet supported continuously, as it sits on a floor.
- Racking capacity
- Racked across the length and across the width, with the governing direction named — the one that decides the rating.
- Fork-tine capacity
- Carried on tines rather than supported, including the 48-inch fork case, with the governing check named.
- Deflection
- Deck, rack and fork-tine deflection, checked against a published test standard or a tolerance you set yourself.
Materials and build
The same specification gives you what the pallet is made of and what it takes to make it:
- Board feet and wood volume
- Total weight
- Component count and estimated nail count
- Deck coverage and void
- Material utilisation
- Estimated build time
- Estimated manufacturing cost
Change a board width or a species and every figure moves with it — which is the point. Quoting and engineering come from one specification rather than two.
The deliverable
A report with your name on it.
The PDF design report is what leaves your building. It carries your logo, your company name and your contact details — not ours — with top, bottom, front and side drawings, the full specification, the calculated figures, and the assumptions they rest on stated plainly.
Upload a logo once and every report from your account uses it. There is nothing to lay out and no template to maintain.

- Designs are saved to your company’s workspace and visible only to the people you invite.

- Your administrator invites designers, removes them when they leave, and manages the account.
- Nothing to install
- It runs in the browser, and designs are stored in your account, so the same work is there from any machine.

What the figures are
Every capacity, deflection and safety-factor value the application shows or reports is a modelled estimate — not a tested, certified, approved or guaranteed rating. It applies to the configuration and assumptions it was calculated from. Lumber, workmanship, handling and use vary, and final design approval, engineering review where appropriate, and physical testing remain with the people who make and use the pallet.
Each report states the assumptions behind its figures, so the person reading it can see what was assumed rather than guess.
